Modoc County Sheriff

The Modoc County Sheriff's Office mission is to preserve peace, protect life and property, promote public safety, and uphold the Constitution of the United States, working collaboratively with the community through fair and impartial law enforcement practices. They also perform other duties such as the care and custody of incarcerated individuals, court security, civil process serving, and the duties of the Coroner.
