ALL RISK Uniforms is a firefighter-owned and operated retailer specializing in high-quality uniforms, tools, and footwear for first responders. Founded less than a year ago, the company has rapidly become a trusted partner to CAL FIRE personnel and surrounding law enforcement and EMS agencies, offering an unmatched selection of professional gear both in-store and online.

ALL RISK Uniforms was founded in 2024 by Josh and Kaliahna Tripp, the original and sole owners of the company. Since its founding, they have remained the exclusive and independent owners, responsible for the company’s creation, direction, and continued growth. Josh is a career firefighter serving with the nation’s largest and most diverse firefighting agency, bringing firsthand experience and insight into the needs of first responders. Kaliahna is a doula and soon-to-be licensed midwife, as well as the long-time owner of a successful senior care business that she has operated for more than a decade. Together, they combine practical fire service knowledge with compassionate, service-oriented leadership. Partners since 2007, Josh and Kaliahna live in California with their three children, where they continue to grow ALL RISK Uniforms with a foundation built on family, integrity, and dedication to those who serve.

Every ALL RISK location is designed to feel like home to those who serve. The Redding flagship store invites customers into a setting reminiscent of a firehouse—with a cozy lounge featuring a fireplace, recliners, TV, and, of course, fresh coffee. This welcoming environment complements a fully equipped showroom showcasing a wide range of products and services, including:

-Tools for forcible entry, wildland and structure fires

Since opening its first location—Station 1 in Redding, California—ALL RISK has expanded rapidly to include a full e-commerce platform (AllRiskUniforms.com) and a second satellite store in Ione, home to CAL FIRE’s largest and most historic training center. The company proudly represents over 50 vendors, with two additional stores planned before the end of 2027.

Each store maintains full sizing kits for Class A suits, oxford shoes, and uniforms—an uncommon advantage that ensures every customer is fitted in the exact product they’re purchasing. This eliminates the inconsistencies of third-party sizing and guarantees a professional fit and finish.

The website, launched just one month after Station 1 opened, is the only platform where customers can purchase CAL FIRE Class A suits entirely online. With each suit valued at $1,000 or more, this represents a significant investment for first responders. ALL RISK simplifies the process by offering a comprehensive package—every required item, at a competitive price, with no hidden fees or additions necessary.

All embroidery, tailoring, and shipping are handled in-house at Station 1 Redding, which also serves the local CAL FIRE Academy at Shasta College. While both stores offer a full sizing kit so that cadets or others purchasing suits can try on every item, guaranteeing they receive the best fit for them.
