What Class B is for
Class B is the Administrative uniform — semi-formal dress for activities where there is no expectation of emergency response. Public relations, office work, fire prevention programs, training, meetings, special events. (Procedure 1502-2, revised May 2023.)
T-Shirt — White (worn under the white admin shirt)
- Short or long sleeve
- Crew neck
- No markings or logos
- Worn only with the white administrative Chief Officer shirt
- Long sleeve T-shirt shall not be worn with a short-sleeve Chief Officer shirt
T-Shirt — Dark Navy Blue (worn under the navy admin shirt)
- Short or long sleeve
- Crew neck
- Department-approved T-Shirt marking must conform to Uniform Policy Insignia Guidelines
- Color must closely match the Administrative shirt
- Shall not be worn with the white administrative Chief Officer shirt
- Long sleeve T-shirt shall not be worn with a short-sleeve administrative shirt

The CAL FIRE logo belt buckle is Sun Badge Company, 2″ square, CAL FIRE typographic logo centered, gold (Chief) / silver (Non-Chief). Belt buckle must be purchased through an authorized CAL FIRE Local 2881 store — All Risk Uniforms is one.
Necktie (optional or as directed)

- Tropical weave or similar to closely match uniform fabric
