Class A Turnaround & The Risk-Free Arrival Guarantee
Standard turnaround varies. Five expedited tiers: 4 weeks $125 · 3 weeks $150 · 2 weeks $175 · 1 week $225 · 3 days $300.
Pick an expedited window and lock your delivery date. If we're late, we pay you $50 per day. The guarantee applies only when expedited shipping is purchased — but within that, it's real and we put it in writing.
Want to skip the rush math entirely? Drop a $500 deposit at order time and your shipping price is locked at standard. You can decide later to expedite — even down to our 3-day rush — at no added charge.
How Shipping Works
We ship by the pound. You pay only for what you order — capped at $15.99 maximum per order. No flat-rate gouging. Brass weighs almost nothing; we don't pretend it does.
Returns & Re-Tailoring
45-day return window, items must be unworn and tag-attached. Customized or personalized items (embroidery, alterations) are not returnable. Boot returns require original packaging and a 15% restocking fee. Full policy at /policies/refund-policy. If we made an error or there's a defect, we make it right at no cost — no questions, no restocking fee.
