- Delivery date — soft date is fine; we'll plan around academy graduation timelines.
- Billing entity — the agency name and PO/billing contact.
- Tailoring notes — Class A orders need cohort fitting windows. We'll come on-site for academy fittings within a reasonable radius of Redding or Ione.
