Collection: CAL FIRE Job Shirts

The job shirt that holds up to the job

The CAL FIRE job shirt is the most-worn piece in any firefighter's kit — base layer, station shirt, and second skin all in one. The shirts on this page are the ones our team — most of whom are former and active firefighters — wear themselves.

What makes a CAL FIRE job shirt different

  • Roll-up collar that holds shape after months of use
  • Heavy-weight cotton blend that breathes but holds heat under a brush jacket
  • Reinforced placket and cuff stitching for badge weight and ladder kicks
  • L2881-endorsed embroidery — patches, name tape, rank, all done in our Redding shop

Sizing and fit

Our job shirts run true to size with a relaxed cut. If you're between sizes, go up — most firefighters wear them over a base layer in winter. We offer free fitting at our Redding (991 Lake Blvd, Suite A1) or Ione (14 W. Main St) location, or call (530) 215-1522 and we'll talk through your specs.
