What is “Add your name (DTF print)”?
This lets us print your name right onto the shirt for you. We use DTF (Direct‑to‑Film) printing: your name is printed onto a thin film and then heat‑pressed onto the fabric. You pick the name, the color (white or black), and where it goes on the shirt — and we make that shirt just for you.
It comes out as a clean, flat printed name about ½ inch tall, bonded to the shirt. It is a print on the surface of the shirt — it is not embroidery (stitching) and not a sewn‑on name tape.
Heads up: adding a name adds at least a week to delivery, since each one is custom‑made. And because it’s made just for you, personalized shirts are final sale and can’t be returned.

The CAL FIRE Law Enforcement print — three locations
- Left chest — the CAL FIRE Peace Officer seven-point star: PEACE OFFICER banner above, DEPT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE PROTECTION around the Great Seal of the State of California, LAW ENFORCEMENT banner below.
- Full back — STATE OF CALIFORNIA over a rule line, with POLICE in large block capitals beneath it.
- Both shoulders — the CAL FIRE shield, printed just below the shoulder seam on each sleeve.
Single-colour white print on navy. This is the short sleeve of the CAL FIRE Law Enforcement / Fire Prevention duty pattern — purchase is restricted to verified CAL FIRE personnel.
The garment
The Pro Club® Comfort cut brings contemporary style with a hit of ’90s flair — a cleaner, more modern cut than the legendary Heavyweight, spun from super-soft ring-spun cotton. The collar eases off the Heavyweight’s signature choke-hold while still standing heftier and more structured than just about any other tee out there.
- Fabric — 5.8 oz midweight 100% ring-spun cotton. Fabric made in USA, assembled in Mexico.
- Contemporary fit — modern, slightly cleaner cut that sits comfortably without the oversized drape.
- Super-soft ring-spun cotton — noticeably softer hand than the Heavyweight, same legendary durability.
- Durable — double-needle stitched sleeves and bottom hem, cover-seamed neck with shoulder-to-shoulder tape.
- Fabric care — turn inside out, wash warm or cool, tumble dry low to prevent shrinkage.
