Return policy — the actual rules

• 45 days from purchase. Item must be unworn, unwashed, in sellable condition with tags + receipt.
• Customized items (embroidery, tailoring) are not returnable.
• Boots: require original packaging. 15% restocking fee applies.
• Refunds: 15% restocking fee unless return is due to our error or a defect.
• Exchanges: 5% restocking fee.
• Customer covers return shipping unless it's our error.
