Return policy — the actual rules
- 45 days from purchase. Item must be unworn, unwashed, in sellable condition with tags + receipt.
- Customized items (embroidery, tailoring) are not returnable.
- Boots: require original packaging. 15% restocking fee applies.
- Refunds: 15% restocking fee unless return is due to our error or a defect.
- Exchanges: 5% restocking fee.
- Customer covers return shipping unless it's our error.
Internal use only: Represents $1 per unit of customization fees for uniform orders. Quantity added = total fee amount. Do not sell separately.
