A wildland fire boot built like a hiking boot — flame-, heat-, and electrical-hazard-resistant, with the comfort to hike to the fire line and back. Built to exceed and certified to NFPA 1977.

• NFPA 1977 wildland certified — flame-, heat-, and EH-resistant protection for the toughest fire-line conditions (also meets ASTM F2892).
• Electrical hazard protection — independently certified against electrical hazards up to 18kV.
• Vibram® anti-slip sole — flame- and heat-resistant hiking outsole with a heel built for footholds on steep terrain and a built-in boot jack for easy removal.
• European bullhide leather upper — hydrophobic, water-resistant, breathable split bullhide with double- and triple-stitched seams to take the harshest wear.
• Nomex® laces and thread — heat- and flame-resistant Nomex, with 2-zone lacing to dial in tension in the upper and lower zones independently.
• Torsion-proof midsole — fiberglass shank and stable midsole resist side-to-side flex for ankle support and protection from sharp rock underfoot.
• HAIX Climate System — foams between the lining and leather expel moist air and draw in fresh air with each step.
• Comfort insole — moisture-wicking HAIX microfiber insole; machine washable or replaceable.
• Soft toe — no safety toe; hiking-boot feel and flexibility.
