Return policy — the actual rules
- 45 days from purchase. Item must be unworn, unwashed, in sellable condition with tags + receipt.
- Customized items (embroidery, tailoring) are not returnable.
- Boots: require original packaging. 15% restocking fee applies.
- Refunds: 15% restocking fee unless return is due to our error or a defect.
- Exchanges: 5% restocking fee.
- Customer covers return shipping unless it's our error.
There is a plague in the American fire service that has handcuffed our hard charging public servants and told them it's too dangerous to do their job. Rules, regulations, SOP's, and SOG's are being made that endanger our citizens and prevent our firefighters from simply doing their job. And the worst part, they do it in the name of "safety."
Who's safety are they concerned about? The citizens that we swore an oath to protect no matter what...? Or the highly trained individuals that showed up in the million dollar apparatus with thousands of dollars worth of equipment ready to do a job...?
Unfortunately, some rule makers have decided the later is now more important!
Enough is Enough! Our firefighters in Anytown, USA took an oath to protect their citizens, and that is accomplished through SEARCHING structures!
SEARCH OVER EVERYTHING is not only a statement to hold ourselves accountable to do what we said we would, but it's a declaration to our citizens that on their worst day, WE WILL COME FOR THEM!
